Much as I hate this range it seems like it's the only suitable range for now. Sales are all over the place and the sales lingering around the ~10 area seem to be qs'.
http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/17004408 - sold for 6 buds + ~207 keys? = ~16.5 pure

http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/17582667 Offer of 12 pure
http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/15608829 Sold for 12 pure
i forgot to post this when i was looking at your old suggestion. the trade with an offer of 12 pure, has a miami tc offer which is 16.5 after overpay
and to the others below, following the guide, Sales older than 2 months old are not valid proof; this does not mean that they are not useful, and the tc offer would be another proof for the highend
One sold for a scorching CM which is 14.4 with overpay but it's outdated. The only reason I'm keeping 12 in the range is because of the 3 or so sales around 9-11
Your sold for 12 is to old to use.
it's still usable, but it's recommended to use sales at 2 months or under.
Sales older than 2 months old are not valid proof; this does not mean that they are not useful - please see full guide for how to use older sales in the context of new sales. The one exception to point out here is for very rare hats. If there have only been 1-2 sales in the last 3 months, a trade up to 3 months old is okay to use as proof to establish more data points. Keep in mind, new sales should take precedence over older ones
This isn's a very rare hat, 9 in existance and 4 on outpost for sale currently.
I'm pretty sure it's older than 3
You can still use 3 month old sales.
there have been so many sales within the 3 months of your 12pure sale. surely you can find out what it sold for
Look at my other suggestion. I got about 6-8 sales, half of which were invalid due to either unpriced hats, duped copies, being a "qs", and/or outdated prices.
In case you're too lazy to check (took out/ re evaluated some of the invalid/unclear sales. Keep in mind, these are basically 80%+ of all the sales in the past 3 months that are trackable):
http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/17129729 -> http://backpack.tf/id/76561198040952296?time=1389600000 Looks like it sold for 10 pure
http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/15608829 Sold for 12 pure
http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/16918791 Sold for an aces KE (outdated)
http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/17562767 Sold for a hellfire wraith, he added a miami fez + DBD sergeants with the bonk. The wraith is 17.1 after overpay. The Sergeants received an offer of a GE kabuto and several others in that range, putting this sale somewhere around 9-10
http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/16292763 Sold for a Scorching CM (14.4 with overpay, outdated price)
Another sale is probably 9 pure:

((apparent) outlier, qs)
Tbh, it looks more like my previous range seemed to fit better but apparently all the sales in that range sold quick enough to be considered quicksells. If this doesn't pass feel free to use the proof provided and diy.
Nope, traded between alts most of the time.
