scrap cannot change its price, a scrap is .11 of a ref, it will NEVER change in price
and you have no proof whatsoever...

After this, a rec would become 6 scrap and the values of nearly every item in-game would be thrown out of wack. Plus how does a scrap drop from half a scrap to a scrap.
