Going to give this a fairly conservative bump. Keep in mind that this is a fairly small market; there's only a single page of listings for these on OP, and a lot of those are the selling trades of mass dealers/quickbuyers.

When you go back a month or more, they're still selling for around the price of a key. You can even make a small profit currently by buying a key off the market (even at the market's high price), trading that key for a painting set, and then selling that painting set on the market. Honestly, this alone should be enough to raise the price on this, given that the market on this item is fairly small.

What do you mean, 5 isn't easy to obtain? That it's not easy to buy at or sell at? There's 6 other people on OP that will buy for 5 ref, and I'll happily buy any and all for 6 ref to turn a nice and easy profit. It's possible to sell easily for 5+ ref, but really slow to buy at 5 ref (and I imagine most of those would be possible simply because bp.tf says it's worth 5 ref).

You're welcome to try and find more proof, but good luck finding any. I went through all the buying and selling trades on OP, and what you see is about all there is.

If there would be a range, it would be up to a key, not down. However, evidence of sales at a key would be difficult to find. Not only do people with long-standing trades (which are a large amount of the trades open on OP) change their prices (thus, an add a few weeks or a month ago could have been at a much different price than is currently listed), but most of the time people won't note that they're buying/selling something, or what they're buying/selling.

Sounds even more like a quicksale when you consider that there are half a dozen people on OP that will also do the same.

He buys for 6 ref, and SCM is the main reason why people invest in these.
