Conclusion


You can say 2 refined is a quicksell, but there are too many sellers at 2 refined to ignore not adding it in the range. If half* the market is selling for 2 ref, it'll be in the range.     A lot of these are young, and a few have sold in just a few hours. I will stay neutral until either more sellers/solds come in, or counter proof is provided.
