I think you need solds to prove your range.

How do I find sold ones? Arnt closed trades hidden or is there way to find them?

Edit: and if the seller is asking for a bud, then doesn't mean thats the highest that they will get?

EDIT: Thats called a B/O or Best offer. And yea, thats their asking price. However, it doesn't mean that they'll sell it at that price.
