Not necessarily opposed to this range, but I'd probably prefer a wider / more conservative range of 22-25 to capture a few more of those offers and sales.

Also, as a side note, please avoid pricing hats of this tier without doing more thorough research. Offers and more sales (even of unpriced hats) should always be included.

I knew about the Brainiac and the Gibus sale but I decided not to put them here, since it were outdated/unpriced/etc hats (invalid)

Yeah, sales like that don't matter on regular unusual suggestions since there are enough trades that you don't need to add trades of outdated, unpriced hats. High tier unusual suggestions are another beast entirely. You are dropping someone's hat value on this site by 400+ dollars. If someone was dropping your bp value by that much, you'd want them to be thorough as well. This means checking every single trade, past and current, carefully for offers as well as evaluating unpriced sales and making mini-suggestions to make absolutely sure you are making the right range. On suggestions of this tier, even unpriced sales are helpful as they can give a general sense as to whether the suggestion is right. Say this sold for peace hazmat + 10 buds. Just because the hazmat is outdated, doesn't mean it shouldn't be used. There's a c/o of 17 pure for one on the market so even though it would be listed at 19, the value on that would be closer to 27. You can get a general sense of a hat's value even if it is unpriced.

Again, if you are unwilling to do that, it's totally understandable. It's just not fair to the owners of the hat.

my b/o on gibus was 35 that time and kaw finders were on sale for 35-40 range. Terror watt were 25-30.

This set http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/17585922 was on sale for 70.

When i traded the only hat that was priced was KAW KE which was at 37 average. So basically i considered 35 gib+35kawfinder for 40 KE and 30 terrorfinder.

What you doing is reverse engineering which i guess isnt practical for trades cuz the prices considered at that moment for those 3 unpriced hats can be far more different than their price currently.

To add in Today i had offer of dp ke+terror regge+g.fetti tc+beams buckroo+1 bud+2 buds in items on my KE (not calculating here but m sure its 30+ offer)

Also saw today price of burning ke 300. So practically if this was burning KE which needed update..it wud be down 250 buds (?) just because it was involved in trade with rest all hats unpriced when a deal was made.

also to add..since the expectations of all sellers of this hat is 35+ you never thought about the rejected offers by them which m sure must be ~30+..even rejected offer is as good as an actual sale. So if there are any sellers who had better rejected offers can list here to show someproofs.

Quite a large change... Like polar bear posted, offers on this hat are somewhat better than the high end of your suggested price. You may want to do some additional research and increase the range a bit.
