it all boils down to opinion, everyone has an opinion. if they dont like the class or the unusual, the price is driven down..
this is not based on opinion check when was the last time the price was updated.

All suggestions for high tier hats such as that are based off clean only, dupes are not valid proof. It's a rule.

I also read in there about b/o and selling prices..
High end b/o's are 11 pure and common selling is 9-10 from what I have seen on market.. that's PURE. Which would put the unusual with overpay around 11 respectively. take the average. from 9-11, you're getting 10-ISH..
this is totally off topic of the actual hat being subjected to an increase in price.

B/Os are not used to raise prices, only lower them and thus invalid. Simple as that.
Read the rules and you would know this, cherry-picking and then interpreting it as something else rather than what it actually says is manipulation.
