Price on this hat is currently too high, and it needs a drop based on two very recent sales, both of which occurred after previous suggestion.

About a week ago, Mints (http://steamcommunity.com/profiles/76561198071916955/) buys a clean Ghosts TC from Weis (http://steamcommunity.com/id/Weissach/) in a 2:1 deal with a Searing Modest on Mints's Stormy 13th KE. The KE is currently priced at 25 buds.
Searing Modest is priced at 7.5 buds. With overpay, it comes to 6.75 buds.
25 - 6.75 = 18.25. This gives us the low end for the Team Captain, though this could be lower (16.425) if overpay is calculated. If a mod determines that this needs to happen, please let me know and I will close/re-suggest.

Mints then sells the hat to Tiensto (http://steamcommunity.com/id/tiennnnn/) in a 3:1 deal with the Searing Modest and a G. Robo-Sandvich (1.4 buds) for a Clean Vivid Hazmat Headcase (28.9 buds).
6.75 buds (Modest w/Overpay) + 1.26 buds (Sandvich w/Overpay) = 8.01 buds. Subtract this from the value of the Headcase, and you get 20.8 buds, which I will use as the high end for the TC. If overpay needs to be calculated on the TC, it would be 20.8 * 0.9 = 18.72 buds.
I think this suggestion more accurately reflects the price of the Team Captain, putting it higher than the second most-recent suggestion but lower than current. The sales support this.
this should raise the vivid hazmat not lower the Ghosts TC
That would make sense if the Vivid Hazmat was the only sale. However, I've got two sales, both of which are under current prices and rather close to each other. Further, I've also got this:

Tiensto has been attempting to quicksell the hat for four days with only one offer that was later retracted, and he's selling at a full four buds below previous suggestion. I personally saw a Burning Modest (19-20 on here) quicksell at 17 within HOURS, and that's only 2.5 buds below the low-end. If 20 buds were really a deal, that hat would've been snapped up in the same length of time, or would at least have convincing offers by today.

This is a SECOND Ghosts TC (NOT the same one as in first suggestion. Both Tiensto AND Mints owned two different Ghosts TCs, both clean) that Mints QSed at 18. It sold within 24 hours. This makes it evident that 18 is a real quicksale price, not 20.
Wat. I can't vote on this suggestion but my multipler allows me to see this suggestion and other suggestions up to 40+?

he thought you were saying the tc was duped. The fact the hazmat was duped further reinforces this suggestion from my point of view

My thoughts are to remove 2 sales from either end to narrow down the range. The concern here is that 18 is a quicksell. That would give us a wide range of ~19-24, but given that sales are all over the place, I think that's about right.
He even said himself that 18 is the "real quicksale". Given the sales a higher range seems better. Please resuggest.
