About 75% of all Sultans are Outdated. Let's put an end to that.

This is my 3rd 'Mass Unusual Update'. Others were the Handyman's Handle and Ze Goggles

From my experience selling this, it is a bit high.

I sold the duped heart PE for a duped hearts softcap + a planets mongo ~3.3

And I didn't get many offers higher than 4 in 2-3 months of selling. I bought sultan at a value of 3.5 in unusuals. Just seems high to me. I would favor ~4.3-4.9
