Just bought this and the price is waaaaaay out of date.
I paid: PE Modest + GE Tyrant's + Secret Diary
(11.5 + 6.4)*0.9 + 0.6 = 16.7

The previous owner had his trade up for a little over 24 hours and received several offers over 16 in that time ( http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/18502826 ). Previous owner also bought it as a quicksell so I'm not sure it counts. But if you disagree with my suggestion, let me know and I'll re-suggest with previous offers.
There's just 3 issues.
1. You need to apply the .9 overpay with the diary as its not a currency items.
2. The Tyrants and Modest prices are 3 and 2 months old, so their prices might not be accurate.
3. Tyrants should be valued at 6.6 buds since the original suggested price from 3 months ago was 6.4-6.8 and a currency change messed up the range.
The difference is only .1 buds but the issues of the outdated Tyrants and Modest prices still could affect the price to a greater extent.
Also I'm 99.9% positive one of the other two was up this week. Since you're premium you can look up the other owners and see which one was recently listed and sold besides yours.
Other one had an offer of 17 pure. This is close enough. My only gripe is that 16.7 again gives a false sense of accuracy about the range. A suggestion for 17 flat would have probably been better.
I didn't notice that the Tyrant's was outdated, that's my bad. Also I actually had an offer of 7 pure on the Tyrant's that was retracted, so I don't think the price is too far out.
You're correct, there was another one up for sale and I planned to use it for offers if this suggestion didn't go through, however there was no sale; it was closed as no offer was responded to in 3 months. So the Hazmat I own is the only one that has seen sales recently.
Polar Bear, I could resuggest with a flat 17 if you'd prefer. I'm not precious about my suggestions.
No, it's fine. Just saying for future reference. It's like making a suggestion for the secret coffin at 100.2. Like what's the point of the .2. The estimate is within +/- 10 buds anyways. Same with this. 16.7 +/- 2 or 3 buds. 17 is a close approximation
Yeah I understand what you mean. I'm just always very paranoid about overstating the value of any hat I own so tend to price conservatively. Will take note for next time though.
You should probably resuggest. 17 is better to look at and equally as accurate as 16.7. 17 gives a better general idea and not a false sense of accuracy as bpb said. If you don't want to, I won't countersuggest (#1 dick move which is often done by python) but I highly recommend you do so.
