I've been buying 14 Strange Scorch Shots for this weirdass collection http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/18039156 (had 7 of the 21 before I opened the trade) and in the past week I've gotten 4. During the other 18 days I've bought 5. Lots more people are willing to sell at .33 in recent days
