Well you need two sales, not B/Os....simple as that.
http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/16488639 it was selling for 20 keys. And that is probably all it would ever get. I'm guessing you bought for around 20 keys also.
I would go into a vegetative state if anyone is stupid enough to buy this for over 25 keys
