The last successful suggestion for this hat was ten months ago, and evidence suggests that the currently listed is inaccurate. Please note that all unusual prices are according to this website.Offers at the low end of the current range are ignored completely.

The seller notes that he has turned down 3 pure.That person also offered two other interchangeable offers, one of an Orbiting Fire Soldier's Stash (2.3-2.7) plus sweets, or a Strange Festive Rocket Launcher (2.2 buds without parts) + 1 pure, both declined. An offer of 40 keys pure was hidden, as well as a 45 keys pure offer and a 2 bud pure offer.

The seller here is looking for 4 buds. The offer of the Orbiting Fire Soldier's Stash is here, A Smoking War Pig (5.1 buds) gets a meh response. Hidden offers of a Strange Festive Rocket Launcher plus one pure, and 2 buds pure.

An offer of a Haunted Ghosts Ye Olde Baker Boy (4.2 buds) is hidden, although it is taken as a point of reference.

for everyone who doesn't know what 120 USD paypal is converted to buds, it's about 3.5.

Unusuals differ greatly from other items, in that prices can be set via offers rather than sales.The sales on Outpost, and all of the offers at the low end of the current range being hidden, indicate that getting this item for two buds is not possible. In addition, if there are hats being offered are those exceeding 1 bud of the current range, the suggestion is valid.

Also note that all of the offers I listed are above the current high end of the price, indicating that people will pay more than what is the current price for it. THAT cannot be ignored.

Offers alone are not enough to establish a suggestion. There are times when the buyer-seller gap is large and there haven't been recent sales on a hat. In these situations, the price should be left as is until a sale is completed. This does not mean that offers are not valid proof. They are very useful for establishing a range (see section below). It just means that sales need to be provided to support your suggested range.

You need at least one sale.

I realize unusuals are different from other item suggestions. I have over 70 accepted unusual suggestions myself. I know what i'm talking about.
