Offered to the killer. Price was negotiated and no overpay was required. Cap was counted as 8.

These are the only sales of the hat within a relevant period of time.
The HM cap is outdated, therefore the sale is invalid.
The Ghost Cold Killer is also outdated too.
And Orb Fire TC is actually 6.8 buds.
If the price is outdated it needs to be updated. If all the items it has sold for in any sort of relevant time frame are outdated too then what are we suppose to do? Just not change the price even though the current range is out of line?
Unfortunately, that's how the site works. The only way to update this hat is to update the other hats' prices.
Not necessarily. If you look at recent accepted suggestions, you will see proof based on hats that are technically outdated. However, if you do use these as proof, you will need to make a mini-suggestion to justify their values.
The big problem here, though, is that the ghosts cold killer was duped and has sold for ~10-11 in the past. Also, cap + 2 for the tc would put the cap at ~5
Sale #1:
Ghosts Cold Killer original price is 10.5 - 15, ~12.8
Total Sale: ~7.8
This sale is invalid because the price of Ghosts Cold Killer is 1 year old which makes it too outdated for usage
Sale #2:
Orb. Fire TC original price is 6.2 - 7.3, ~6.1 after overpay
45 keys were ~2.3 at the time of the sale
Total Sale: ~3.8 (outlier perhaps?)
Sale #3:
Harvest Moon Cap original price is 5.5 - 7.5, ~5.9 after overpay
Total Sale: ~5.9
This sale is invalid because the price of Harvest Moon Cap is 11 months old and is too outdated for usage
