and time warp timeless topper doesn't have a price set and I don't think you have a legitimate "mini suggestion" for it's value going there (no solds?). Also did you calculate item overpay for the time warp timeless topper offer (based on your "mini suggested" range) :|?

The point is, he refused that, so he probably knows it will get more, which his showing the higher end of the range(around 3).

You don't really need sales to lower a price.
This is an unusual suggestion. A lot of unusual suggestions without sales are poor suggestions and are often closed.
And disliking it won't do anything
If someone is selling it for 2 buds, its obviously fucking less than 4.7 buds
