on topic, they were originally unboxable because they were hats. when they were moved to miscs, they were taken out of the unbox pool on accident :c

Actually I talked to steam support about this and they're going to announce when this happens. Just like the Stash and the Lucky Shot. They are going to do it, but they're still gonna be wanted by spy mains (99% are stabby stabby fanboys) so I doubt it's gonna fall in price, and they won't announce it until the update news is posted.
