That hat was sold and left that person's backpack. That trade was then reopened. The hat sold still shows up in another person's backpack registered under another owner. I don't know if they sold it and then told steam that they were scammed and used their one free pass to get a duped one or what happened. I linked the history on top.

A bit was added for the pith, so that sale is closer to 1.5-1.6
