Buds don't sell for $40, average price on finance is 33 USD. Could be lower or higher than that.

That's beside the point. SCM Funds need to be calculated with the average price of a key on the SCM. The value of 2.9 is wrong in any case.

Well now that you have the right sale, not sure if it's to old as the limit for collector's is 1 month, and that sale is almost 2.

Reason why it's only 1 month is due to the quickly falling prices and popularity of collector's as the hype died quite easily.

Doesn't halt the fact that collectors are still steadily dropping and mods have stated one month has been the cut off time.

A mod themselves would have to verify if it would be to old for this item or not.

Id assume that, with only 2 existing sales in this case, that the first sale would count as proof.

The 4 Bud sale is actually 1 week short of being 2 months old - The main reason why it shouldn't be used as proof.

I met the 2 sales requirement though. In something like this with only two sales it should count.

SCM is not really valid proof to confirm a high/low end - and buds (according to bp.tf) is $37~

The guy who purchased it on SCM is a marked scammer and doesn't look like he's gonna sell it - also looks like an outlier.

+ this isn't /b/ - I like if Collector's could get priced, so I'm staying neutral.

Yeah, with the killstreaks it makes it tough to get a precise price for this. But all of them have killstreaks applied, so it will never be priced if that is parted of the exclusion criteria. And at this cost, the killstreak probably doesn't add much value. A broad range of 3-4 is not unreasonable here and the community seems to like it, so I'm accepting. Can be modified with future sales
