I hope this qualifies for a price suggestion. Any advice is appriciated
If you're putting 16 keys in range you need to get proof for that too, if you don't have any, you can make it 15 keys flat instead.
Well, the original price was 16 keys, but the guy was a key short. Me, being in a hurry to sell it, agreed to sell it for only 15 if he could pay now.
Also, I had an offer for an Aces High Data Mining Helmet, but I refused that because I didn't want to bother with unusuals.
From what I know from economy, the price is what a buyer is WILLING to pay. Although I admit I handicapped it here by giving discounts to anyone who was gonna buy it at the time.
I hope that clarifies the 16 keys as a high price.
upvote!
I see one offer = 22 Keys http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/17789817
offer is = Unusual Samur-Eye Effect: Smoking
The user hid their own post
An indication that the offer was retracted by the potential buyer.
*sigh*
I may be new, but to suggest a price for an item, that item has to be SOLD.
Offers don't count, and neither do buyouts.
" Offers don't count, and neither do buyouts "
16 Keys was the Buyout, right?
Read comment above.
The buyer was a key short from 16, and I was in a hurry to sell so I accepted 15.
Also, original offer was an Aces High Data Mining Helmet.
"The buyer was a key short from 16"
The suggestion is currently based on 1 sale - thus, the price that should be used - is that for which it was sold, 15 Keys.
In either case - just 1 sale, and a lack of sellers or sales to support your suggestion seems insufficient
1 Sale is usually just enough for rare collectors items:
- http://backpack.tf/vote/id/52de81294cd7b8a9208b4568 - Collector's Fancy Dress Uniform
- http://backpack.tf/vote/id/5317b03c4cd7b82d6a8b4568 - Collector's Human Cannonball
*sigh*
I'll summon another seller, then
Doesn't all newly priced collector's must have 2 solds?
There is one more sold (minimum).
The guy that offered me the Unusual Aces High Data Mining Helmet bought one for it. But I can't suggest the price for that seller, as he has to provide his own proof.
If I CAN get him to provide me with screenshots or a price suggestion of his own, we could rise the price even higher than my suggestion.
As long the trade is younger than one month, then it's valid
I really want 1 of these. But there r none on the market D: chem sets and collector's
- 1 Sale at 15 Keys
- No proof of 16 Keys
- Took 3 weeks to sell for 15 Keys (Asking 16 Keys)
- Very few other sellers currently in the market
- Best to wait till there is better proof of sellers and sales to support the price range
Downvote - Just 1 sale - with no proof of sellers in the market at that price, is not strong enough
True.
HOWEVER, the ORIGINAL price was actually 4 BUDS (get on the hype train, brand new collector's in the market, only 5 in the world, only 3 for sale)
After some time (read: a week) I lowered the price to 1 bud pure.
After more time, I lowered the price further to 18 keys pure.
Eventually, we hit 16 keys (that IS the price we're voting for here). That's when I finally sold it.
Also, I'm over a week late on this suggestion (look at the timestamp on the trade history screenshot).
Do you have any other remarks? Or are you finally satisfied?
The main bone of contention - 1 Sale is just not sufficient, Sellers and sales would be required to backup the suggested price.
There are at least 18, that have been crafted - so 1 sale is just not enough
I'm already on it. I should have more proof by tomorrow or by Sunday (hopefully)
2 buyers are important for a new collectors.
Yet, since I see the 22 key buyer, I upvote.
22key buyer doesn't prove a high end of 16keys which seems to be the issue here?
