Not quite. Most of the time you only need those old trades for lowering prices, but showing that there is sellers for those range and in good amount. It's still valid.

I'm not going to argue with you. All i'm going to say that the 5 ref solds are quick sells and quick sells are not valid proof when dropping a price. Therefore 5 ref should not be in the range
