judging by what the beak seems to be worth that would mean your sale is significantly higher than the proposed range (around 10.8 buds once overpay is factored)

While the grimm does have an old price, Even conservatively taking it at 6 (which is what i have paid for it in pure before) and the gatsby at 2-2.5, that sale is 8+.

And taking the beak conservatively at 7, that sale is 9. So yeah, there is a concern about this suggestion being too low now. The 7.3-7.5 range I suggested in the other suggestion was only based on the two sales that were provided.
