Finally took some time into investigating, here is what i got:

http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/18404116 (uncraft houwar and burning bonk boy (~35 on bonk boy) sold for http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/18329057 (duped scorching KE ~55) 55-35 = 20.

Meh. The KE seems like it was quicksold, so we'll make this an outlier. This does, however, indicate this hat needs a bump in price.

And yes, those uncraft houwars were duped. But, there is no reason as to why the duplicate version of this item (or any item for that matter) should be worth more than the clean version. If the duplicate can sell for this much, then the clean definitely can.
