Well a mod closed my suggestion. Some proof he provided were already in my suggestion but I guess I will try again, this time not including the other one that sold at some price I don't really know if its valid.

Bought at something around 25 keys

http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/18398690 sold for blizzard buccaneer + 3 keys +about 3 keys in refine and sweets.

Blizzard buccaneer is out dated, but this trade http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/18394073 has a buy out of 22 keys. So I will multiply it by .9 to factor unusual over pay (22*.9) which is about about 19.8 keys.

so 19.8 keys + 3 keys pure + 3 keys in items (or 2.7 keys if we do the same overpay factor. Which comes to a total of 25.5 keys.

I have read the rules and the high end can be set by Buy Outs so here are some other peoples buy outs that are 25 keys (1.25 buds)

So if I were to list my ghosts fez at, say, 6 buds, that would make my fez worth 6 buds? No. there is no reason to make a price higher based on b/os. also, you need ATLEAST 2 sales. You haven't read the rules clearly, have you? downvote.

Edit: Also it does say in the rules that you can use buy outs as support for outlier for high end or to lower the price if everyone is selling for less.

1. You didn't read the rules right. You can use buy outs to LOWER a price, not raise it.

2. You did the same thing with thatt blizz buccaneers.... You used a BUYOUT to price it -_-

Maybe I am reading this wrong. But on this link, under valid proof, bullet point buy out, it says "Buy Outs: B/Os are only valid proof in two situations – as a guide to determine outliers at the high end and for lowering hat values on hats with already established values."

You're reading it wrong - it means if b/os are less then a sale, that makes that sale an outlier.

also, straight from the guide:

Buyouts are not significant sources of the only proof implying that blizz buccaneer "mini suggestion" is invalid.

Range might be a tad bit high, but this is close enough for me.
