I don't get why vintages are dying, I mean, they are getting rarer every day, right? Blue text > Yellow Text

Because they were all extremely high in the first place due to extreme hype. Now everybody is realizing "Hey, why should we pay extra for blue and green borders?"

Don't forget Collector Weapons

That being said bloo borders are cool, and on certain items like buds, bills, and maxs vintages are super valuable because they weren't natural items
