Yes they are, look at the histories, both links 1 and 3 are the same hat on the same history. And duped hats are not valid proof, simple as that.

If the hat you are pricing is gifted or duped, you cannot lower the value of its clean version based on its sale. Sales of duped hats can be used as adjuncts or as proof to raise the value on an unusual.

It's in the rules. You can use em to raise, but not lower, and both his links for proof are lowering it.

Guess you need to hunt down another clean one that has sold or wait for link 2 to sell. Otherwise you can't price it, or at least lower it's value off the duped ones.
