This is my first suggestion. The reason I believe this hat needs a price change is because of there being 2 in the world. Time warp is a high tier effect and it price should be higher than it at the moment. Both sellers are selling them at quite a high price.

This should also be higher because of hats like the Berliner's Bucket helm, one exists and it is worth more than a Burning Flames version. Obviously this is a low tier hat with a high tier effect. This Effect should Definitely be worth more than a Miami Nights one, Which is a lower effect and more of them exist.
