I checked the histories of the items, however the TW Bicorne's price is 5 months old. With the current set prices it comes to about 11.4 buds. In a situation like this it's hard to determine the outlier but 7 buds seems like a pretty steep drop and is just based on one sale.

Both have outdated prices, the HWNN is 4 months old and the Bicorne is 5, as you said. I wouldn't consider it a valid sale, seeing as how both need an update. They're summer effects, which means there's no way those prices are still correct.

It might still be worth looking into though, I mean your the suggester so it's all up to you. Chances are the updated prices of those would probably make the overall price fall to around the same as the 7 buds pure sale. Either way this hat is in need of a drop. I know someone who won't be pleased with you... :3
