Past sales (The ones I know of)
I paid: Cloud 9 Backbiter's (~50 keys) and a Big Kill (12 keys) So ~62 keys/~3.2 buds (proof: [url]http://puu.sh/7xCLr.png[/url])
The guy before me payed Electrostatic Detective Noir (~98 keys) and a Flies Handyman's Handle (~25 keys) So ~122 keys/ ~6 buds
Before that was a Terror-Watt Ballcap (~75 keys)(Because kill-a-watt is ~75 keys) so 75 keys/ ~3.8 buds
The average of these works out at about 4.3 buds.
terror watt is almost always lower than killawatt, and i seriously doubt an electro noir is still 4 buds

So past sales are less than "3.8 buds", so what is your logic for imagining a range at 4-4.4 buds?
Then you didn't take original values and applied overpay. You can't use unpriced hats :
What you paid yours : 2.6*0.9 + 0.6 = 2.9 buds
Detective Noir is outdated -> can't be used as proof
Ballcap is unpriced -> can't be used as proof

just a tip, you're allowed to "mini suggest" within your suggestion to prove the value of outdated/unpriced hats (but for unpriced hats you might as well make a suggestion for that hat first (make sure you get them solds))

We don't use averages. You need to set our range based on sales. 6 buds looks like the outlier here.
