Not for 1st generation effects you don't
its actually not just the effect, if it's a new hat, you also need 2 sales.
Viewfinder is pretty new, and generally 2 sales rule should apply
If previous sale << than last sale - possible price (only for rare hat) based on one sale .

The only reason why the burning viewfinder got accepted because it's super rare, none in the market and probably would never get traded again. Here there is a current seller.

I agree, this will likely go for at least a considerable amount more next sale & we will see if it's an outlier or not. Really no need to price it until then since there is only one anyway & he's actually actively marketing it, if this was right after it had sold I'd probably agree but it's been long enough that this isn't necessary/valid

It all these arguments^^ would be fair if the price was much lower.
The meaning of this^^ is that the price is about 100 buds. Such hats are not sold or bought each month, and whether to wait for half a year or year until the next sales. If I or You buy hats for 100 buds you'll wait six months to confirm your purchase ? I think not .Also here in suggestion is not violate any bp tf rules
