although I'd like to say no because of my bp, that'd be unethically incorrect.

uncraftable versions of weps are different from craftable ones in that that they can only be bought from the store, and thus are less common (in varying degrees)

for like 10 bucks, and half a scrap is like 2 cents.....

People "cough cough like me" tend to feel happy getting an item for 3 cents (scrap) and know somewhere out there, a poor chap payed 10 bucks for it.
