Outdated price. Last few drops were suggested almost exclusively on quicksales.

Not including SCM in the price, because rules are rules. But yeah, one could easily buy one for the current price, sell on SCM, and then buy more keys than the bp price.

Everything else on the market is either in a set, has an absurd buyout, or is otherwise invalid.

Finally. I bought this ages ago when it was raising. I bought it to use though so I didn't care too much. Nice to see it going up again though. Upvote.

Manged to get in touch with rez regarding his sale. Sold 1 for 9 keys+1 tod (9.3) and had another he sold as part of an unusual deal. The unusual deal involved one outdated price and one unpriced, so not good proof. Screencap of our chat: http://imgur.com/xjR3gF0

While the buyer pays 27.16, the seller DOES NOT get 27.16 in return. They only get 85% of what it sold for.

Setting SCM aside, your 9 key sold had strange parts on it, so you cannot that as proof. While you do have offers of 9 keys, offers cannot be used as the main proof of a suggestion. They could support the range if you had valid 9 key sales, but, as I pointed above, you don't.

I wasn't saying that 8 keys should be the range. I was saying that your proof for 9 keys was invalid.

You still end up with $23+ and you can buy from the mann co. store for 9 keys.

I think this suggestion is fine, I've had suggestions passed with offers only.
