I recall having a suggestion accepted ~6 months ago with only b/o support, so it's been possible for a while, just fairly uncommon c: (it was an honest mistake)

We prefer to avoid it, especially if the change is minor and the b/os are less than a week old. I'm not immediately finding sales to help out and the the 6.5 seller has been trying for a month. Big enough change that this conservative drop seems reasonable.
