kinda hard to say... It seems like a little short on sales but, I guess if that's all there is its a tough call, Anyway, why are these hats so expensive? I never got that...

The Mask of the Shaman has a fucked up unbox rate compared to other unusuals, and it's not because it's retired. It's 1 of 1 in many recent effects (robo, summer, halloween 2013...).

As for why? Well, nobody really knows. It is a hat from a Steam promotion (From Dust), and promotional hats aren't usually available as unusuals (except for the occasional Bethesda promo, and some others)...

Is it an outlier if it's the only sale that can reflect the market? That's not the case with most rare unusuals.

Buds are 33 dollars each? I thought there were 34-35.

Eh, I've seen people sell for 35 with little success - a friend of mine sold 3 for 33 not too long ago.

I did that for the same exact item, blind polar bear told me to back then.

The other owner took his off the market for now, but still has it in his bp.

WIth one unsold (and potentially two) at 9 buds, that money sale seems to be an outlier...

Decide whatever you feel is best.

Without any offers or other sales supporting 10 buds I call that an outlier for now. If there are any future sales or things I missed please make another suggestion.
