In first link , since lack of posted comments again , screenshots of the trade please or at least ask the seller to confirm he sold for that ammount . Otherwise we dont know it its true.

-The sale for the DBD chief cant be used as proof since that unusual its 6 months old , and the maximun limit some unusual can be used as legit proof is when his last suggestion was aproximatelly 3 months old otherwise its outdated and you first have to do a mini-suggestion (can be in this topic) proving its market value as the day of today.

I think this is where he's getting the proof of the first sale from. Given the original B/O of 30 keys it's likely that was the entire sale and if so, then the low end is either wrong, should be 1.3, or an outlier.

Based on history as well this seems to be the second sale but even if more was involved in the trade it doesn't matter since the four known unusuals likely involved in the trade are unpriced.

As comments have said, salty dog doesn't have a price. Your second link actually sold both hats for miami slug + cloud9 softcap (both unpriced). The big chief has an outdated price, and you need to prove it is still valid in order to use it.
