Thanks for the suggestion, but appropriate overpay and original suggested values have not been used appropriately in this suggestion. I don't have a problem using general estimates (buto is a 10 month old price with last suggestion at 14-15.3), but not applying overpay AND giving your price range this degree of precision is not appropriate here.

After overpay, a range here of ~100-110 is probably appropriate.
