Re suggest.
I have bought 4 for 7 keys in the past few days. One even had a KS, three extra parts and a descprition. Sellers indicated they had no luck selling it and I was their last hope.
Is still possible to sell for 8 keys. But takes a WHILE. Even selling under 8 takes a while.
Unsolds at 8 keys:
http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/18609119 <--- 5 days with autobump
http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/18496790 <--- 1 week with autobump. Was offered 8 keys but retracted. No clear reason why. Just a guess from the seller. Could have found a cheaper one
http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/18652567 <---- 3 days. bumped often it seems to me. bumped 6 min ago as of writing
http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/18483169 <---- 1 week with autobump
http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/18562113 <---- 1 week with autobump
http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/18168940 <--- 3 weeks. Even has a Ks on it. Still not sold.

Sold below 8 keys:
http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/18291033 <--- 7 keys
http://i.imgur.com/3GF9Lsa.png <---- bought 4 for 7 keys. Call it quickbuying. But id say people just got tired of waiting weeks to sell it for 8 keys.
Sellers below 8 keys:
http://i.imgur.com/ut4IG2e.png <--- 2 sellers
http://bazaar.tf/trade/731655 <--- 7 keys 3 ref
http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/18691335 <--- 7 keys 4 ref. Up for a day and autobumped. None sold.
Im guessing this is enough for a new price within this range. If not PLEASE tell me NICELY what I have done wrong, and how to fix it. I will then resuggest with a better range.
You're showing 8 isn't really possible, why is it still in the range?
(no hate pls)
Because people are still selling at 8?
This ^
Thank you for some backup on that. Wasn't even going to respond to that message because its a given that 8 is in range.
sorry guys don't need to be so rude this is why im giving away my backpack
Since you closed you're previous suggestion, I'll post some quickbuyers here to prove that 7key is a QS, and perhaps 7.5 - and I still think you need quite some more sellers at 7.5. (not just solds)
http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/18691408 - 7.5 buyer
http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/17265787 - 7.15 buyer
http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/13373293 - 7 buyer
http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/18585819 - 7 buyer
http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/18376053 - 7 buyer
http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/18630800 - 7 buyer
http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/16853646 - 7 buyer
http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/14214761 - 7 buyer
http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/14290697 - 7 buyer
http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/18485431 - 7 buyer
So you are saying basically, because there are people buying at 7.5 and 7 that all of them are quickbuyers? I understand the 7 key buyers. But not the 7.5 key buyers. Where is the line drawn at saying it is a quickbuy? I could post a trade saying im buying for 7 keys and 6.88 ref. Does that mean it is a quickbuy?
Also, I read somewhere that if there are lots of people selling for what seems to be a quickbuy price it may be time to drop the price.
I mean, Ive looked around quite a bit. I don't really see many 8 key solds or many solds at all to be honest. Solds within a week or so at least.
you can identify a quickbuy/bulkbuy trade generally by how the notes are done up and the trade's age can be a good indicator too
Valid response. Lets play devil's advocate here, If I am to have the same styled notes as a quickbuyer yet im buying for 1 scrap less than accepted price does that make me a quickbuyer?
Do you see what I mean here? Not ragging on anybody or trying to piss people off. I am just pointing out flaws in the way quickbuyers are identified in the attempts to make it a bit better for future suggesters.
hence why I said "generally" :| (because let's be honest here, who's really quickbuying these things for a scrap under value...)
hehe. Me. Jk.
But I had to play devil's advocate. Somebody had to.
Just bought another for 7 keys
Only 1 buyer at 7.5 keys with TOOOONS at 7 keys.
7.5 is not a quickbuy.
That is what I was trying to say. Thank you.
Anyway, I do recall reading that you do NOT need proof of sale to drop a price. Correct me if I am wrong.
Would do better with more 7.5 sellers.
Yeah I know. Im looking for some more. There are too many idiots selling at like 9+ keys though. That takes up a large portion of the market.
7.5 key seller

States its a quicksell. But its in the range of 7.5 keys. Please don't jump down my throat with "but it is a quicksell"
