One up on classified (might be scammed, user is banned on tf2op & bazaar) for 1bud. He haven't sold it for a few months, considering he had a thread up on Bazaar a few months ago.

I'm pretty sure you need solds, even for something like this.
thing is that it already had a price, it's just that brad fucked up and made its price go to the tradeable one, which doesn't even exist

That's to the uncraftable samson skewer, I'm referring to the untradeable uncraftable samson skewer, which had a closed suggestion, as seen here:

Again, that's for the TRADEABLE uncraftable samson skewer (and it was rejected anyway). the UNtradeable one which we are commenting on has no set price.
Okay, now read again the suggestion I linked... There's your answer.

it says in this very suggestion that it wants to make it 17 keys, because there is no price currently
Just to summarize some of the comments made above:
- This is NOT a NEW item suggestion for the item

- Sellers are sufficient to drop the price of an item that has already been suggested successfully
- In essence - the price is being revised downwards - from 1 Bud to 17 Keys
