First proof you neglect to show if any other items were added to the trade just the histories between the two hats.
Also your c9 HoC was offered on a g. energy dapper and you added pure i think to overpay by the looks of backpack histories. The dapper had a b.o and offers around 6 and youre selling it for 6 by the looks of classifieds too. I think the dapper might need an update in price as well. Downvoted until you can provide the extra proof on the first sale.
As for the 2nd sale. The ad was open for a month and its been 2 months since, therefore not been on sale for 2 months.
I contacted the seller and it was indeed a 1 for 1 trade. The Dapper was updated 2 days ago.

Oh wow, so you make a trade with me yesterday with the same hat and do not mention what the HoC was sold for in our trade? As I can show proof to everyone, the dappers is worth ~6 on market and I had gotten offers of the sort as well, I got an offer of Terror watt Bonk helm (PC'ed at 2.5) and a Cloud 9 Big Chief (PC'ed at 2.6), and he was adding a bud on top of it which was adding upto ~6.1 buds in unusuals and pure, Proof: http://www.dotaoutpost.com/trade/17649402#latest Even if I take lower end, the minimum is 5.5 for the dappers, and when you bought it off me, you paid with the HoC and 19 keys, so basically paid me around 6.2 , which is the fair price considering unusual overpay, So I fail to see why this should be downvoted?
The thing is that offers do not count. The Bonk Helm has a 7 month old price and the Big Chief has a 6 month old price so they are invalid. I added 19 keys to the HoC for your GE Dapper which places the HoC at ~4.3 buds, which is in my range.

And with our trade, you're just assuming your hat to be valued at regular price and added a bud worth to your hat for my dappers, but where is the Unusual overpay being considered? For that you have to take the lower end of the HoC which is 4.9+1 (the bud you added) , so I got 5.9 for my dappers. So this price range isn't accurate according to the offers it's gotten.
Sales are what price votes are based on, offers do not support a range. Like I said, those 2 unusuals are 6+ months old so they are invalid. And this is a suggestion for the HoC not the Dapper. You can't take the current price of the HoC because its 4 months old.
Okay so according to bp.tf, overpay required is 10% , so lets calculate how much you overpaid , itll give 5.83 buds in overpay is what you were supposed to pay, and I wasnt the one who offered.
