Blizz Exec for Kabuto + ~1.9 Pure
overpay calculated on blizz: 5.5 x .9 = 4.95
4.95 - 1.9 = 3.05

sold for 1 Bud, 23 Keys, and ~7+ in items = ~2.5
http://i.imgur.com/i4pkPyS.png (I'll get his screenshot later) http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/17758278 (1+ month old)
sold for 2.3 pure + 3 keys in items = ~2.5
Notable offers:
http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/18133582 clean summer hat - 2.5-3 (first offer)
http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/18504709 2.4 pure and 2.5 pure
http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/16480665 C9 Bonk Helm ~2.9, 2.6 with overpay, but old price so meh
New stuff:

sold for TW Yellow belt + too many sweets to count
Yellow belt = 3.5-2.5, 2.7 with overpay + 5.5+ sweets in keys (low end bp.tf prices, not counting paint, not counting CS items or trading cards)
2.7 + .2 = 2.9
counter to blind polar bear's proof on my last suggestion :
http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/18191666 - “<1, outlier” I dont understand this logic. please explain. It seems you are taking outdated prices, and unpriced hats and putting the value wherever you want. plus its duped, oh no just realized this is my hat :O
http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/18113103 - “~2” Actually Aus medi was 2-2.5 at the time, so lets say 2.2
plus its duped. (1+ month old, invalid)
http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/18693379 - ~2 Sold within 28 hours, much quicksell. I actually talked to him and he was quickselling for pure to get CS items.
http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/18581585 - “~3 (added 2 for blizz ex)”
http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/18548925 - “added 11 keys for vivid mancer (old price)” mancer is 3.4, 3.4 - .5 = 2.9, but outdated price on mancer
http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/18640091 - “2 pure” duped quicksell
http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/17822884 - “2.1 pure” hey look, the same hat^, or a duplicate
http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/18574284 - “~2 - sf rl?” nope he sold for 2.2 http://i.imgur.com/ihlpxmK.png and it is the same, or duplicate of the two above trades. sold within at least 2-3 days
http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/18223191 - “~2.3ish? - GF softcap + planets front runner” ~2.4, but both are outdated prices
http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/18074389 “- 2.3 pure” (1+ month old)
polar bear says >2 months is invalid, Sir Jon says >1 month is outdated. Im gonna go with 1 month.
Duped and quicksells: 2, 2, 2.1, 2.2, 2.2
Sales that are valid proof: 2.5, 2.5, 2.9, 3
Also sales at ~2.4 and ~2.9 but outdated prices, so those are probably invalid
A lot of dupes/quicksells, but otherwise sold for 2.4-3. A couple sales at 2.9, 1 at 3, so 2.9 seems reasonable high end. 2 at 2.5, 1 at 2.4(but outdated). a lot of quickselling from 2-2.2, pretty much the same dupes changing hands a lot.
2.4 - 2.9 seems reasonable, keeping price manipulation at a minimum :)
thanks to polar bear for constructive criticism. this proof is not perfect, but hopefully it's an improvement.
Any feedback is appreciated as this is my 2nd suggestion and Im still learning.
Can you show me the duped copy of your hat? If it really is duped and there are 6 duped sales at 2-2.5 vs 6 clean at 2.5-3, I will accept this suggestion.
http://www.tf2outpost.com/backpack/76561198015310014 in his BP
http://www.tf2outpost.com/backpack/29741 and in my BP
is 2.4-2.9 the best range for this?
Personally think it's 2.3-2.7, but I'll let another mod take a look. Here are the sales in the last 2 months for clean hats only. And yes, sales up to 2 months are considered valid by the site rules. Hats like these don't change in value in that duration. (not including sales with outdated hats)
http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/18113103 - 2.2
http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/18693379 - 2
http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/18581585 - 3 - for mods looking at this (added 2 for blizz ex)
http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/18074389 - 2.3
http://i.imgur.com/i4pkPyS.png - 2.5
http://imgur.com/a/1TfY5 - 2.5
http://i.imgur.com/ZmcDobt.png - 2.6
http://i.imgur.com/4RUQ1de.png - 2.7 (generously) - multiple b/os on the TW yellow belt at 2.5. Even taking that at 2.5 is generous
So 2, 2.2, 2.3, 2.5, 2.5, 2.6, 2.7, 2.9
This looks like 2.3-2.7 to me.
that first link for 2.2 is actually a dupe

sold for bud + 31 keys = 2.6 pure
Just sold for my Kabuto (dupped) for Unusual Helmet Without a Home (Stormy Storm), Unusual Conquistador (Stormy Storm), Strange Part: Critical Kills and Description Tag. All this is 2.5 buds. Screanshoot : http://i.imgur.com/M58YQZZ.png , http://i.imgur.com/k1vW73c.png , http://i.imgur.com/NXLxvDs.png .
http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/18819409 - 3 day old trade, but BO of 52 keys (2.7 buds).
http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/18718155 - sold for 2 buds + 6 keys (2.3)
Combined with all the other proof, we have sales ranging from 2 through 3 buds, but most seem to be gathered around the 2.3-2.7 range. Your suggested price seems just a bit high. The old suggestion was for 2-2.3, but it seems this hat has some better sales in recent times.
