I was thinking that. But I still thought that it would be a stable price. Hard to find proof for only 1 being sold twice in a fewmonths I think. Very hard to make this suggestion but I greatly appreciate your input. :) Will reflect on this.

The blizzard one doesn't seem outdated, but as it's dupped, I don't think it can be used as proof though...

And overpay wasn't calculated...

To be perfectly honest. Him and I did not know it was dupped until after,but he did not really mind. I admit this suggestion has quite a few flaws but it's difficult suggesting a item that has not been sold a lot.

According to the history of all the hats on outpost, there were almost 20 sales the last 2 months... dig into that then re-suggesting

Duped price is considered the same as the original in suggestions...

the capotain would be 16 keys with overpay, it being duped doesn't matter on such a low tier, it's like saying it matters when a bud is duped.

range should be like 17/18-20, but this isn't really far off that.

From these sales, it seems that the duped blizz capo sale and the g.fetti nappers sale are outliers. The other sales are around the 1-1.2 bud range, if you can prove the bucket and sultan are still around the same price.
