you can't use offers to raise a price, you need solds
I may be mistaken (been off unusual suggestions for a long while), but I think offers can be used on raising severely outdated hats where sales just aren't happening.
In this circumstance though, the difference is ultimately minute compared against current price. I'd say this remains a hat that's better off waiting for a solid sale to reprice with.
Yeah, after the GF brainiac (and similar suggestions) that saw people updating their hats every few weeks every time they got a new offer, we just made it so that a sale is required. Using offers alone is not enough any more.
To complete what c0rn!x said, the PE Reggaelator is outdated so not a valid proof (the only "sale" of your list, what you bought yours)
Ah mmk, you would need a lot of solds then, considering there are only 2 on the market, you might only get 4 proofs. These offers were considered, some were declined, I didn't know. Sorry :/
