well from all of the given proof. the high end of the range is made by what people are asking for on tf2outpost (actually lower than that because people on outpost are unreasonable) and the low range takes into consideration hats that have been sold or 1:1.

Ranges are determined by sales..not by what they want

So sales would be:

(1) Jeepcap ~3.4 after overpay

(2) Berliners is ~2.5

Sales at 2.5, 3, 3.4, 3.5? I'd be fine calling the 2.5 an outlier in the context of the other sales, but I'm just not seeing enough for your high end. Can you provide a link to the trade for the sale involving the sulph conn cap?

The sales of this hat seem to be around 3-3.5 buds. It doesn't matter what people on outpost are asking for, there is no proof for the suggested 4.2 high end, as nobody has managed to sell it for that much yet. Also, http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/18759119 - "quickselling" for 3 buds, not taken for a week. I definitely think your suggested price is too high.
