http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/15794377 - recently offered a max; and fairly recently 2 pure + 0.5 in items
The Max has been sold, so I'm pretty sure that makes it a retracted offer so its invalid ;) Same with the other offer
Well, it was offered 3 weeks ago. I would expect a person offering his max on multiple trades like this to sell it within a day. The point here is that buyers are willing to pay ~2.5-2.7 for this. Rejected offers of 2.5-2.7 in mostly pure should indicate that 2.2 flat is low.
Sales should take priority over retracted offers :3 Meh, if you decide a range is better, I can resuggest.

In this case, sales alone would unlikely give an indication about the highest this hat could sell for. A hat on the market for a month with offers of 2.5-2.7 is probably a better barometer for the highest value for which this hat can sell.
