The vast majority of these trades have been active for 2 months or more, indicating a lack of interest in the hat.

And yeah there are higher offers than 2 buds + the sale showed in the comments here is clearly higher than 2 buds too.

Where does 2 buds come in if the only sold you had was 1.5?

The majority of the offers made for this on Outpost are in the ~2 buds range. I would have suggested 1.5 buds, but that seemed a tad too low.

I believe you need sellers and solds, not just quicksells and offers.

You bought it for 1.5, then sold it for 2 buds + 2 keys. It still needs a range, there are too many of these hats, 2 buds flat just doesn't fit.
