I don't want to sound offensive here, but the rules of backpack.tf say that you need 2 proofs, most likely being sales. Also, you tell me to go check the market, but i'm not making the price suggestion here, you are. It's your job to find the sales and find trades that prove your suggestion, while complying with the rules of the site.

Still, we need to consider the amount of proof you're providing in general. Not only are you providing only 1 trade, but you are not providing a definite sale itself. This trade has been up for 3 months, and obviously nobody has bought it. What this is saying is is that the price of this unusual hat may be lower than what you're suggesting. Unless you can provide proof of Sales Themselves, this new price suggestion should not pass.

I have gotten it through my head. You're range is unacceptable. If it hasn't sold in a full 3 months, that shows that 18 may not even be possible for this hat, so we cannot judge the pricing of this hat by one trade that is unsuccessful

Quoting back to a previous comment made on another one of your suggestions by The KaushuMan, B/Os are only acceptable in terms of major drops in hats. This suggestions does not fall within the category of that, so it doesn't apply.
