Your sale might be a bit of a quicksell, seeing as you seem to have sold it in roughly an hour. Also, two sales are not required for hats that have already been priced.

Followed the suggester to outpost and his trade was open, unbumped, for 4 hours. Seems like an obvious quicksell, particularly since the B/O he put was 19, but he accepted 14 within hours. http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/18802824

The guy he seems to have bought it from ( http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/18774551 ) had his trade open for a day or less (closed 5h ago, says posted "a day ago") making it seem like a quicksell too.

I didn't know 3 weeks ago was recent but ok.

1st-2nd gen effects don't change in value much over 2-3 months. And that is especially true on low tiers like this. It is rare for a hat like this to drop by this much even over 6 months. Offers and sales up to 2 months are perfectly fine. This is not true for new effects which change in value over a shorter time frame
