Hello everyone! I am suggesting a price rise for the Sunbeams Flamboyant Flamenco. I have a feeling that this won't go through on the first attempt, but here goes attempt #1

First off, I should say that this hat has changed hands a few times within the last month, but all trades have involved very high valued duped and volatile items (ie: Sparkle Luger and a Logo Noh). The most recent sale was a 1:1 trade with a Clean Burning Flames Attendant. I'm not quite sure whether this one sale is enough proof to make this price change, but here's the proof.

Attendant's current price on the unusuals page: ~15.1 earbuds (Not sure if overpay needs to be applied here since the Menco was offered on the Attendant...and the suggestion is for the Menco)

The Menco was offered on the Attendant where I accepted the trade. Some discussion went on where the Attendant was 1:1'd with a Clean Flies Anger which was then swapped out for the Flamenco after further discussion.

I'm aware that most price suggestions require 2 valid sales, but the other 2 recent sales involved unpriced, outdated, and duped items...all of which are not accepted as valid proof.

What effect is that on the angers?

The Anger is Massed Flies. Sorry, I should have made that more clear.

So...it sold for the attendant and we can ignore the anger? Also he had a b/o of 15 buds so you should have just made the price 15 buds.

It also sold with a pro luger (~15?) + stormy drills (~2) for a logo noh (~30) which makes the menco like 13 as an estimate, so I don't think this trade is an outlier.

And it seems like it also sold for this set: http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/17669901 which would be ~8+~8 ? ~16, not sure if any side added.

My understanding at the time of making the suggestion was that the Anger acted as a placeholder for the Attendant since both were valued the same by the previous owner. I'm not sure if I made it clear, but the Anger was swapped out for the Menco by the owner of the hats.

Also, the trade involving the Luger: I'm aware that that trade sets the Menco at an approximate price around 13 or so, but the thing is that the Lugermorph is a very volatile item that is valued at 15 some days and 20 others (I have no proof for my statement, but it shows that it isn't what I would call the best of proof).

To the Scout set though, I didn't notice that. I search for quite a bit trying to find the trade involving that owner. Thank you!

Should I resuggest with a range then? What would you suggest the range would be?

I used ~ for a reason, because it's no more than an estimate, but it makes clear that the menco is no longer 10 buds.

There isnt any valid proof,that it is massed flies, or burning flames,if you could provide screenies of the item description in the trade history,thatd be cool

It's explained in the suggestion. The Flamenco was offered on the Attendant. I discussed a deal with the owner that was a 1:1 Attendant for Anger. After that, I asked if I could swap the Anger for the Flamenco (which was originally offered). He agreed and the trade was complete. I'm not quite sure what you mean by I being the previous owner 'on both histories' though...

How would the attendant for anger,be considered part of proof.

Technically, the Anger is NOT apart of my posted proof since it was used as a placeholder for the Attendant. Nowhere in my post do I say that it is proof for my suggestion. The only reason why I mentioned it is because people would question item histories...but its obvious that it is causing the opposite of what was intended. Anyhow, this suggestion will likely be closed. I'm essentially using this suggestion to get some more information about the Menco so that I can make an accurate suggestion.

Also, I could suggest a new price for the Anger right now using the Attendant as proof and put it at a price similar to what I suggested here for the Menco. Since the Anger is an outdated price on the unusuals page, a bit more proof will be needed for the update as well, but nonetheless, the Anger acted as a placeholder for the Attendant for about 1 hour (looking at the trade time stamps in my screenshots) Thank you for your input though, I do appreciate it since it will help me create a better re-suggestion later!

Question to the mods, should I just close this due to the lack of voting and possibly resuggest using the a 15 flat price instead of the 15.1? Or should I just leave this hat until it changes hands again for a range? Thanks.

http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/18935653 - the flies anger sold for 10 pure; the price on that is 6 months old and too old to use. that was the actual trade and that will need a suggestion first before using it to value this at 15

There is just too much here suggesting that the value is not 15. Sales are at 9, 11, <13, 15. You should make a suggestion for the flies anger before pricing this. Perhaps 9 and 15 are the outliers and the real range might be 11-13. Hard to say based on the little information we have here.
