Summary:

1 trade has a buyout of 4 buds, although this hat is duped, he has recieved offers well exceeding that, but he has not taken it, maybe because he doesn't want to resell.

The next trade was quicksold for a PE Dragonborn of which its value is still uncertain. May be an outlier

The third trade had some good offers, with the max being an offer of around 5 buds after overpay.

The 4th link sold for a GF Modest, valuedaround 4.5 buds

The 5th link sold for a Vivid Plasma tyrants, valued around 4.5 buds

Conclusion:

Drop the price to 4.5 buds (2 sales plus many offers) - 5 buds (highest offer)
