    The second is an outlier, so you remain with only 1 valid proof, which is not enought

      Range is a bit tricky; Using sales would not be accurate, as there is a seller currently at a lower price.

      The way you have priced it looks fine


      Still feel that, another couple of sellers or a sale would be ideal, as the range is a bit wide
