You can use trade.tf to find sales. Click Trading->All Listings then search for the item you are looking for.

In saying all of this it does appear to be readily available below the current price and the drop is probably justified. I'd just keep an eye on the 0.44 sellers and see if they sell because the lower end may still be a quick sale - like this one http://www.tf2outpost.com/trade/18812430 where he sold 3 (or two still has one in his backpack) in just over an hour for 0.44 each. If they sell soon 0.55 flat might be a better option.

As others have pointed out, not enough proof of your low end. The abundance of unsolds at .66, however, shows that this does need a drop--.55 flat would certainly be a reasonable price based on the evidence you have
